We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Please allow 1-3days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3-7days

  • Canada: 5-10days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Canada Orders & Customs

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

For items that arrive damaged, please also provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
